Who Are We…
Bluestem Village – a newly built non-traditional skilled nursing facility is designed with the Villager in mind and focuses on the needs of the individuals/villagers in a real-home environment.
We have four independent non-traditional homes accommodating 14 villagers per house for a total licensed capacity of 56 beds. We have implemented a new approach to long-term care that allows the villagers to thrive in their home with private rooms, private baths, and skilled nursing services provided in a person-centered environment. Outdoor amenities include a secure exterior courtyard with covered patios and concrete walkways for residents and a beautiful view of the valley.
